Who we are

A1 Since Day1 Multi-Sports Complex & Training Facility (“A1 Since Day1”, “we”) runs youth sports programs in Murrieta, California, including A1 Since Day1 FC and the A1D1 college recruiting program. Questions about this policy: Info@a1d1athletics.com.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as parent or guardian name, email and phone number.
• Athlete details for registration, such as name, birth year, sport, team and graduation year.
• Recruiting profile details a family chooses to add, such as position, stats, academics and highlight links.
• Signed forms and agreements, including medical and concussion acknowledgements.
• Basic website data, such as pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use it

• To register athletes, run teams, schedule practices and games, and communicate with families.
• To process payments through our registration and payment providers.
• To publish recruiting profiles only after a parent or guardian approves them.
• To keep athletes safe and meet league and insurance requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with leagues and governing bodies as required for play, with service providers that help us run registration, payments, email and our website, with college coaches for recruiting profiles a parent has approved, or when required by law.

Children’s privacy

Most of our athletes are minors. A parent or guardian creates and controls each athlete’s account and recruiting profile. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without a parent’s consent. Recruiting profiles never show a home address or phone number.

Your choices

A parent or guardian can ask us to view, correct, hide or delete an athlete’s information at any time by emailing Info@a1d1athletics.com. Recruiting profiles can be taken down on request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted administrator access. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
